young gymnasts (little bird)

all elite gymnasts started at the very begining and worked there way to the top. i think it is very important to remember that the hard work and dedication of these young gymnasts, we would not have elite gymnasts! we always seem to talk about the sacrifices gymnasts make, like all gymnasts miss out on having a childhood but i know plenty of gymnasts who have no regrets about having a childhood in the gym! what about all the good parts of being a young gymnast? what could be a bigger confidence boost then knowing that you can do things that no one else in your school can? being so close to the other girls at the gym that you could be sisters is great! in your coaches you can often find second parents! and what could be better for a child then to learn not only to work hard, but how to enjoy working hard! there is so much joy in the gym that we all seem to forget about! well this is my way o helping you to remember! I hope you enjoy it!
