GNC? Muscletech? honestly I think most people who take this stuff would benefit alot more by just eating more real food

I picked up a Six Star product I think by Muscletech, Six Star Protein Isolate from Walmart. Pretty good stuff except for the fact they do not list how much of anything is included within the isolate protein. When i wrote them to see if they put in Glutamine or how much etc and their response was All of the BCAA's are all included with the protein isolate. Hmmm Still doesn't give me an answer.

I have been working out for aprox. 10 years and based on MY EXPERIENCE the best thing you can get for your moner is animal pak, creatine and a good whey protein. Buying MUSCLETECH and similar products will only give you this result... very expensive urine and shit...

first of all if you know how to shop gnc runs alot of deals on muscle tech so its not even that bad at the end with the buy one get one 50% off + the 20% off + 5 dollars off with the gnc email the new NOP-47 protein is 20 bucks for me

sir its not possible to like the taste of nitrotech strawberry its actually scientifically proven to be the worst taste known to mankind.

@EliteExtra well you gotta eat a lot and properly and healthy when you wanna see some results, but in for example nitrotech, which ive got, is stuff you nearly get anywhere else and believe me, it works and it helps if nothin else;)

I used to take supplements all the time, but now i take hardly any and just eat allot more good foods and i have grown much more since.
