Why would the UN force Lebanon to release Israeli prisoners when their are 1000's of Lebanese and Palestinians in Israeli dungeons for decades? with Israel refusing to realease any of them.

Because the United Nations is basically the United States, the United States is controlled by Zionist fundementalists who are pro Israel, so if any Israeli war criminals would be tried the United States would veto it and get them out of the situation, the United States simply has the power to do so.
