Tricia: Hi Tony and Hey everyone
Tony: Now that the Bret Favre drama has subsided and the smoke cleared. How has Aaron Rodgers done so far replacing the legend Bret Favre.
Tricia: You know, for a guy coming in and trying to fill the biggest shoes in all of football- Id say he has done an amazing job. With all of the world critiquing, Rodgers has managed 6 touchdown passes and 1 interception in his last 3 games. And hes thrown for 290 yards in 3 games and has thrown 3 touchdown passes twice.
Tony: OK now its time for Tricias Chick Pick. Lets pick the Green Bay Packers at the Tennessee Titans with the Titans a 5 ½ point favorite.
Tricia: Take Tennessee to cover the minus 5 1/2 point spread. I think the Titans WILL remain the NFLs last unbeaten team after this Sundays matchup. The Packers have been struggling to stop the run, allowing 141.9 yards per game on the ground. While on the other hand, Tennessee has a dominating defense, a solid running game, and a sound decision-maker in quarterback Kerry Collins.
Tony: Now what about the short week for Tennessee. You dont think there will be a letdown following the Titans divisional win against Indy?
Tricia: Nah, these guys have been adjusting to schedules for years. One less day to prepare or not, Tennessee is too good of a team to let that affect them. It definitely should not make a difference in the outcome of this game.
Tony: Are the Titans for real or have they just been fortunate to play an easy schedule?
Tricia: I think after that convincing win over Peyton Manning and the Colts, the Titans have proven to all the doubters, that they are deserving of their #1 standing.
