This song was an Aussie hit for Johnny Young in 1966. It was written by George Young & Stevie Wright of the Easybeats. The Johnny Young version is a bouncy pop song, I prefer this rougher version where the Easybeats are still working it out.

This was recorded in the easybeats hotel room in the Perth Savoy hotel in 1966 when they were working on the song Step Back which they gave to Johnny Young. The song gave Johnny his first national hit.
