Give me a $1,000,000, idiot. You can't fire a gun in city limits because it could EASILY travel through a wall and damage someone else's property, or even hurt or kill someone else. NOT to mention that loud noises are illegal, as well the public panic it could cause.

The bullet could go through a home wall like butter, then through the neighbors wall and kills their child or someone walking down the street/driving. You owe me one million. Now if he wants to take his TV to the woods or desert and shoot it, be my guessed.
