This session will look at which truths about 'candidate experience' recruitment professionals today hold self evident, and whether candidates (even if not created equal) are "endowed with certain, unalienable rights" when it comes to the talent selection process. This virtual "town hall" meeting will feature a dialogue (and discourse) between some of our industry's most influential thought leaders, each representing a key stakeholder in crafting, and delivering, a meaningful candidate experience.

'Constituting' our expert panel are CareerXRoad' Gerry Crispin (talent organizations and leadership), PepsiCo's Chris Hoyt (corporate recruiters/in-house), Mike Ramer (third party/search), Navigant Consulting's Charlie Judy (job seekers) and Union Bank's VP of HR, Jason Lauritsen (HR practioner).

Join the conversation as we try to start another revolution in downtown Boston, and help put your John Hancock as we work to create an actionable document that employers and job seekers alike can utilize as a framework for improving candidate experience before, during and after the talent selection process.
