No forms were produced or filled out. No forms, no crime. O'Keefe may have committed a crime. Taping without permission is a crime in at least one jurisdiction (Maryland).

Jim: They did not fill out forms. No forms were filled out with lies. No crime here, except perhaps O'Keefe, who faked videos and illegally taped people in certain jurisdictions (Maryland, for one).
Be Lovely: Yes they did say they were bringing in the girls, but for what? There was a lot of innuendo, I agree, but they never said prostitution. They just said that it was a business.
No forms, no crime. ACORN is gone. Go find another minority organization to pick on.

And does he clearly say what the girls are coming for? Not really. There is a lot of innuendo in his comments and without continuity, there is no way to tell what precedes the sequences. Most importantly, at no point do the ACORN workers actually offer to help them commit a crime. It is not clear that they aren't just playing along out of incredulity. Why won't O'Keefe release unedited video, not just easily doctored audio tracks?
