fCast: FM Granulator

A Max/MSP soundscaping tool, utilising 'two' oscillators only, albeit polyphonically. Osc1 frequency is modulated by Osc2, and a varispeed metronome pulses the grain envelope, whose shape may be curved or triangular. CPU meter barely ticking over, even with the reverb. The synth is available if needed; the occasional pops n farts are from windoze media 'player' (destroyer!), not from the synth.

I think these days, you gotta stick with what you know; i really miss XP; have stripped Vista down to the bare bones and Max runs fine for the stuff i'm doing (MOTU828 USB); this patch is a little basic; i've extended it now to include live input to an overwriting buffer - check out Baz Tutorials for more maxmsp stuff
