13 miles at under 62 mph is enough for you to travel around the city for free. Just hope no one decides to get that extra electric drive by keeping the speed below 62 mph while driving on the highway.

High speed does not necessarily have to do with high demand. High demand can mean a number of things. It is also not unfortunate that a gas engine kicks in at high speeds to help propel the vehicle because it is something better than what we all are having right now. However it is unfortunate that the vehicle cannot run on full electric mode all the time.

@tnguyen318 it means the battery can't completely propel the car on battery alone for the initial 13 miles. Otherwise, your fuel usage would be much lower.....

No I did not. Some say its 50 years. Some say in 10 - 20 years. You dont make much sense either. Elaborate.

You dont make sense.

great car...unfortunately the gas engine kicks in at high speeds/demand before the initial 13 ev miles ends....

Do you know petrol is running out in 40 years time? so in 40 years time cars run on petrol would be a piece of metal junk. It is very importat that we shold start think about new energy rather than rely on petrol even more.

better than nothing and it made the car look coller and romier
