Please excercise extreme care and caution, as demonstrated in the video.

  • Thanks WB. Boiler stopped working today with 'EA' message. Hot water on the very long external pipe did the trick. Saved me from a shivery weekend as it's a rented house and I'd have to call the fault in to the office on Monday.

  • @chem1cal01 The question isn't "how do you warm the water... " If your water inlet is frozen, you turn on your faucet and no water comes out to fill the tea kettle.

  • Where do you get the warm water, when your water inlet to your home is frozen?

  • Hi @88gazzman, if you're still having problems then we do suggest that your installer would be the best person to speak to, or, our Technical support department would also be able to offer suggestions (0844 892 3366). Best regards, Worcester
