Three mules demonstrate ground tying then coming to meet me at the mounting block. They learned to ground tie, come when called, and line up to the mounting block with clicker training. Clicker training is a gentle teaching method which makes confident, calm, safe, and fun horses and mules. EquineRevelation.com

  • Do you actually use a clicker or cluck with your voice? I find I don't have enough hands when I try to use an actually clicker. = )

  • I almost always use a mouth click (the cluck is a different sound that would mean "go forward") or a verbal "good" instead of the mechanical clicker. I only go back to the clicker when I am freeshaping and I need the most precise timing.
