Carthage is really underpowered in this game.

Apparently there is an Carthage archer in the files, they just never bothered to add it.

My "anti-Rome" army is decent against Rome.

Carthage had mostly a mercenary/auxillery army so I guess that's why. Carthage would have to rely on most mercs in the game which sucks... lol

Yeah people made a mod to add them, but people said it was more historically accurate or something because carthage never had there own archers but hired them.
