I have tested the Corsair Hydro H50 in its stock configuration. Core i7 920 C0 stepping with hyperthreading turned off. BCLK is 200 Vcore is 1.29 in the bios. Asus P6T6 WS Revolution X58 motherboard. 12 GB of Corsair Domminator DDR3 1600 at 8-8-8-24-2. Thanks for watching. I have more test videos coming up using the GELID Silent 12 1500rpm fans in single and push-pull, Noiseblocker 2000rpm fans also in single and push-pull. For the finale I have a pair of Delta 3400rpm fans once again in single and push-pull. Then I will be uninstalling the the Corsair and putting my TRUE back on and doing the same tests. Even more after all this...

  • you know 20x is like the worst multiplier ever right? the i7 hates even numbers go with x19 or x21

  • oh well, i used have same opinion but then my oc wouldnt be stable , , you got some low vcores than mine ,

  • nah - i dont time for all that - i just wait for the temps to stabilize and that good enough for me to compare some fan's performance - occt uses linpack which is written by intel - i dont bother with prime95 anymore

  • @ethr95awd

15 minutes of benchmarking is not enough , try at least 4 hours

OCCT used to be my fav one, but try Prime95 for few hours and see how it goes.

Plus, if you use AS5, try to over applying it , it will reduce the temps by few *C ,

  • intel revises its chips as they go along c0 was the original stepping - the core i7 1366 chips are now at stepping d0 and overclock at lower voltages than the c0

  • @ethr95awd what does c0 stepping means?
