This place is the garden of eden, it will leave you speechless. union beer or Zlatorog also deep filled cream cakes you can only get in slovenia mmm we had a family wedding in the tiny church the centre of the lake then onto the castle that perchs over the cliff top , it was like the pages of a fairy tale. ♥

I was there about three or four years ago. I have traveled through Austria, Germany, Hungary and the Czech Republic, but the most beautiful place I have ever been to was this. No contest. No matter how much I love our coast, this is the only place I was ever completely lost in. If I could paint heaven, I would choose Bled, unchanged. Greetings from Croatia.

On the island in the middle of the Bled lake was once standing a temple of Zhiva (in Sanskrit known as "Shiva" - in slovene means "alive" or "life giver") It was very sacred place to ancient cultures. There is still some positive energy around the lake...

The most beautiful lake in the entire fucking world. I spent a few days there fishing with a cheap, broken butterfly net, and caught about 60 fish! A little silly, but that was some of the most fun I've had in my 16 years... Hopefully, I'll be revisiting soon.
