Unexpected Romance: A Jonas Brothers Love Story (Ch. 1 Pt.2)

Now me being the klutz I am, I slipped on a patch of ice and fell right on my butt about halfway to the park. Oh and what perfect timing to do so. I saw Nick's curly head of hair come around the corner, followed by Frankie and of course Joe. I tried to get up as quickly as I could without them noticing I was on the ground, but it was too late. As I got up I slipped again. They all came running towards me to help me up. They both took one of my hands in their own and pulled me up. Frankie helped wipe all the excess snow off of my back. As we headed back home I pulled Joe aside, waving my hand at Nick and Frankie letting them know they could continue walking without us.

"What's going on McKenna?" Joe asked, his voice quieter than normal. "I just have something to tell you, but I'm not sure this is the right time." I explained, crossing my arms and looking down at the ground. "I have something to tell you too." Joe added, pretending not to be cold even though I could tell he was. "Oh. Ok. How about...on the count of three we both say what's on our minds." I suggested, staring into those beautiful eyes that make my heart skip a beat every time. "One, two, three...I like you." we both said in unison.

So there's chapter one. What do ya think so far?
