They should be sued for damages by any organization who owns something with a copyright that is accessible online.

Allmost all images on the Net are copyrighted, yes Microsoft offers an easy way to rip those images from Google.

That's fine for me. I'm going to "integrate" a link to Rapidshare in my site where anybody can download Windows for free. After all, if Microsoft puts up our images for grabs, we can do the same with their software.
