Boris is given less credit than he deserves. He is not an idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about. I would like to say to all of those who insult Boris' intellect is that he was the top scholar at one of the most academic school's in Britain, went to Oxford and became an editor and MP. I would like to see any of you beat that!
