9-1-1 Enable asks to join Skype's Extras program

Alan Fuks, Marketing Manager for the 9-1-1 Enable division of ConneXon Telecom of Montreal, Canada, describes his January 2007 proposal to Skype. 911 Enable wants to sell their emergency service to US and Canadian Skypers as a Skype plug-in. For under $10 a year, your Skype client would correctly route your emergency call.
