ビッグサイズの製版は当社のラピッドシステムによるものでサイズは
66×76cmの大型の版を使っております.　首まわりにはマジックマット
を敷いてプリントしています。適度に柔らかいマットを使用する事で
生地の段差をフラットにする事ができます。このため凹凸があっても
プリントが容易になります。

I've watched this several time and love the idea, but I have a couple of questions.

When you are printing the white shirts there is something white and shiny between the shirt and the sponge pad.

What is it and why is it there?

What mesh screen are you using for the black ink?

What mesh for the white ink and is the white ink thinned down?

Sorry I can't speak english. We used 120 mesh(in inch) screens in this movie.

how do you prevent ink from bleeding through the shirt onto the rest of the shirt under where you print around the neck?
