Helmet cam footage of the procedure to inflate, bring overhead and finaly launch from a known rotor top landing area.

Precision Paragliding providing an alternative to the BHPA since the late 90's for BHPA & ex-BHPA pilots wishing to RE-train or new pilot entering the sport who do NOT wish to risk the standards/accident rates produced by 'normal' PG theory, practices & procedures!

  • You're just experienced a lot. And the thing I got, is that I have much to learn yet :)

  • My students by the end of their first day have no problems with this sort of wind strength, as I indicated the KEY is the theory (and practice) taught in basic training, do NOT try to 'flight' the wing, instead simply let it fly up and YOU move under the (rising) wing..

  • No, the problem is that when you just move your weight like you do to touch the ground, wing makes suddent turn towards the ground.

  • ? Move weight around ?

While I rotate my mass in the harness the 'weight' (in fact it is the load) acting on the glider via the risers does not alter..

My (or ANY) wing never does anything I have not told it to do :-)

  • My wing is too sensitive than. Because there is almost no chances to touch the ground liek you do. You just get smashed to the slope.

  • Sensitive?

This wing is a DHV 2/3, I can easily do these launches/flights with any rating of wing, however the 'higher' the rating the easier this is.

  • NOVA d best ever !

  • Nice spot!!!

  • Rotor can be a lot of fun to ground handle in after you get the hang of handling in the smooth stuff. Your wing is always swinging around in the rotor, and it makes it more challenging to keep it up.

  • Found it! Scotland! I will visit you in case I will come once that far north!
