1999 Ford Explorer 4.0 SOHC, Straight 2.5" Off-road Y Pipe

Well, I took my truck to a shotty exhaust shop. The muffler actually fell off the truck due to some bad clamp. This is my truck with just a 2.5" offroad Y pipe installed.

This was a one day thing, very temp. I had a muffler and all put on asap due to the loudness of the truck.

Bamachips 93 Octane Torque Tune

Electric Fan

Ported and Shafted Throttle Body

Header Wrapped 2.5" Off Road Y Pipe

No Cats

i wannah get a lift on my 97 and get a snorkel and some big ole tires with a chip and a good intake but theres already so much to fix on it its a 2 door would you consider them beter or worse than the 4 door for offroading

doesn't it throw codes? what have you done with the o2 sensors?

haha now i just read that you have a bama tuner!! haha i bought mine from doug at bamachips, sweet deal! i think its the best investment i ever made for my explorer.. made my transmission shift like a damn ferrari too which i wasnt expecting!!! makes a big difference in acceleration and fuel mileage, and life of transmission for that matter!
