Why 19 ? Could you plz explain...

1)So u put down the cards in piles as said (Q's K's and J's count for a 10). 2)Choose 3 piles with four or more cards in them.Put the rest of the cards in ur hand.

3)Turn those piles upside down, so u can see their backs. Choose 2 piles and turn the card on the top downside up.(4)If you have a 4 and a 5 then you will have a total of 9. In the case put down nine cards + another 19 in another deck. (5)How many cards do you have left? Well the number of the cards is the top card on the 3rd deck :)

Bull shit it's 5 piles that add up to 13 and A,Jack,king,queen dont count.

Then take two piles, one for the spectator flip up the first two cards of the remaining 2 piles add 20 to whatever it is and the remaining cards are the first card of the spectators pile.

This is crap it dosent work every time and you did your own trick wrong becuase you said to pick 3 piles that had 4 or more cards in them which would mean you could not have a pile with an 8 when you flip over the top card becuase a pile with an 8 as the starting number has a pile with 3 cards not 4

DON'T count 19 cards aloud.do it in your mind. stall and play along further. bullshit them and say the cards are trying to tell you but you just keep counting in your mind :D this is the best trick i have come across so far online!!!

its a great simple trick to learn but i need a reason for 19, i get why i have to put down 19 cards ontop of the value of the 2 other cards but i need a reason to say, anyone got any ideas for what they say?
