Good score there mate, yeah i've had a snoop around for this over here and not seen any around in the wild although have seen it online for $125. I've still not touched Metal Gear 4 either so I might do the same as you and play them in order :)

I had this version, but sold it immediately after I got the Japanese version which came with a 450 pages artbook and a soundtrack. I also got the Japanese version of Peacewalker hd. Both games cost me over 500 dollars and my bank account is crying.

@ryanc519 The package was just that bit nicer wasn't it? Love the coverart on that version. Going to keep my eye out for that HD release of Peacewalker it's such a gorgeous package - you spent a lot of money but it was worth it mate they are stunning packages. You going to pick up the PAL release?

@unfr007 Yes, both the Peacewalker and MGS HD are in original Japanese dialogue. Unfortunately, there are not English subtitles available. For your information, the artbook that comes with the pal or U.S. ntsc version MGS HD is an abbreviated duplicate of the Japanese original. The Japanese versions of both games (pal collection includes 3 games in one, whereas PW and MGS hd are sold seperately) have MUCH better print quality and package design.

@ryanc519 IS the ntsc japanese version in Original Japanese DIALOGUE????!! and if so are there english subtitles available dude??? a reply would be greatly appreciated :). koz i've already pre-ordered the pal limited edition release here in aus. this feb 02nd woooo, but if there is jap dialogue in ntsc-j one, imma get that tooo lol

That looks a cracking package, great stuff, Thanks for the heads up on hte zavvi steel book one, I'm going to preorder that one later today for ps3 I think, I still love those Metal Gear Japanese limited editions with the figures though, was it the Konamistyle ones, I think we mentioned them a few months ago, I'll see after Christmas :)

@gmintyfresh The Peacewalker hd comes with a playarts Snake figure and a soundtrack, whereas the MGS hd comes with an artbook and a soundtrack. I wouldn't recommend getting the peacewalker hd unless you are a diehard fan like myself, but the MGS hd is totally worth the price.

@bluetonic78 I've seen some mad prices for this online just glad to have managed to get this for a non-insane price!! I really like the idea of playing these through in order even though I might be sick of the series by the end of this!!
