thanks for posting. i hate how ppl tend to use equipement or the outdoors to get fit. No there has to be a way to get a good workout even at home.

I agree man but he was just showing basics...
Also full extension is good for building muscle as you said... but doing so when your not as experienced can cause injury. I like doing full extensions more when doing chin ups and when I curl.

If youre going to do chin ups, dont be a pus and do pussy stupid ones like this kid, FULL EXTENSION!! Much harder, but builds more lean compact strong muscle your arm wont get huge but you will get stronger.
