  • Was this ever proved to be the con it is. I thought it was weird that they used metres and metres of cable laying it all about the place so you couldn't see the full lengths/ends in the video.

    It changing polarity from +to- or -to+ (50 times per second AC) and it produce potential difference from non kicking? wall wire to (non kicking) ground. It is very simple device (illegal in some countries). I do not write what is inside because electricity is not a toy!
