@ComputerQueen So, your saying that dissecting recently dead/braindead frogs is animal hurting? Jesus christ. According to your logic then all those autospy guys are serial killers.
-
I still find it disturbing that elementary school chidren dissect live animals like frogs and worms. Everyone in the UK gets along fine with a textbook, and without killing anything.

This is great! I can't BELIEVE that people can kill cute innocent frogs for our UN-NEEDED FRICKIN' EDUCATION! Also, it's unbelievable people will willingly do this crap! My family was talking about dissection, and my younger brother said he'd do it "to follow the rules and get good grades." WTC?! >:(

But which is better? Teaching kids how things work, or keeping INNOCENT ANIMALS ALIVE?????????
-
Are you serious. kids need to cut open frogs. it teaches them hands on skills and how things work. this program is a waste of time

The frogs were not dead. They had been fumed by some type of chemical to go into a deep coma.

i live in ohio, we don't have the law here that says schools have to give students the option to do digital dissection.
so every school year, we get about 10 dead cats to dissect. and every year at least one of those cats is pregnant..

the frogs are already dead ya know

i got out of the frog disection due to telling the teacher how I was more of a vegan peta person :) but it should seriously be replaced with this!

I think it's really good to work with a virtual dissection without hurting any animals!
