    Thanks, I'll have to work on that - and those combinations sound great. I really appreciate the help =)

  • You need to breathe out if your mouth, actually make a hiss type noise... or w.e. try like different combs like 221 213 113 345 1 is jab 2 is cross 3 is left hook 4 is right hook 5 is left uppercut ect

    I breathe out of my nose but not consistently enough - maybe it's a problem with pacing myself? Do you think pushing too hard and getting short of breath is messing me up? Should I slow down and only go as fast as I can while being able to maintain comfortable breathing?

    I get what you're saying with mixing it up. I'll have to think that over and work on it to get myself out of that one-two rut. And I'll try to keep it creative, for sure - thanks for the comment

  • Yo man, I'm seeing mostly one twos. Try mixing it up a little bit, ofc it's easier when you have someone holding mits to tell you how to mix it up but be creative. Has anyone told you to breath as well? When I first started fighting I was shy to make a noise while training but it helps a lot to breath out, specially if you're getting hit while breathing out...
