I went this year and we were lucky, as i was on the last week. We smashed all of the launch records and flight records. Ridge only worked for 2 days :( but still got a load of launches and circuits in :)

Full time Staff Instructor at Portmoak - (3,000 launches, 600hrs each year), sometimes the weather is better, much better.
Many of the longest flights in the UK have been flown in Scotland, most from our site.

@chrisrobsoar well we were only there for one week so was a bit of a shitter that it started to rain, especially as i'd just been authorised to do some circuit solos which i had to do before any ridge soaring!
