In the 3rd and final stop for the Pei Wei Chefs' InspirAsia Trip in 2012, the chefs visited a country they had never been to before, Singapore. At the heart of the spice trade, the cuisine and culture of Singapore has been influenced by countries from India to China. It was an incredible melting pot to explore its culture & cuisine.
