@Sinthro archie wasnt the only one who got praise ya know. just cuz archie got praise from simon,doesnt mean he shoulda got the title. david cook totally deserved his win:hes got the raw talent,charisma,personality,st­age presence,versatality,and his awesome fans! i mean,they both got this far didnt they? they will both do great. btw,cook doesnt need anyone to feel bad for him:hes got the raw talent and can sing his ass off!

how is archuleta "just learning to be an artist" but cook " already is one". Makes no sense. Why? well cook just sang in bars before idol but archuleta has been at this most of his life he was on star search at the age of 10 and has been trying to break through for years. So the just learning thing is not at all accurate. People give cook soooo much credit for originality but his two breakthrough songs on AI (billie jean and hello) were covers done by others and he just did carbon copies of them

That's why I never surprised when they announced that Cookie is ahead of 12 MILLION VOTES to Archie...America has rooted Cookie to win since the day 1...just disregards the finals even though you said that Archie was better in the finals but it's too late...America has got Cookie since Hello and Billie Jean...Congrats idol...you're gonna be a big big hits

i dont mean NO harm on archie on my last post, both davids are really good, but as far as age is concerned, its not possible to compare both coz archie is still learning to be an artist, while cook is already an artist, but at 17 he is doing good progess, so i suspect he will be alright. Peace!

U know, i love both davids, but it really makes me sick when they compare both of them, i mean David Cook is a singer and a very good performer like Daughtry and DA reminds me of a guy version of Hannah Montana but excluding her stage presence, his voice is good but very limited and a bit nasaly, its ridiculous. And Archie can only sing tired ballads, so its even more funny to compare both of them, im not bashing on the little guy coz he is super adorable but musically, its stupid to compare
