Nikon D300s test footage of IUP Campus

Running some early tests on the d300s....I'm shooting in tripod mode and I'm NOT using the +/- exposure, so I'm not sure what's up with the "blinking" on some of the shots. Ignore the unsteadiness....i'm adjusting the focus by hand.

Goodbye to all those 35mm adapters. The depth is all built in with the D300s. Stunning imagery.

the flickering is the iso jumping up and down, lock the iso and presto.

How do u actually set the camera on video mode so u can start shooting straight away? Please help

@lambov12anddb9 there is a button on the back called Live Mode...it looks like a square. Press that, you'll here the shutter sound and be able to see video moving on the screen

80-200mm 2.8...i have it set on manual focus

After running some more tests, it was discovered that the "blinking" can be avoided by holding down the exposure lock button while shooting. That keeps the camera from auto adjusting.
