This is the 3rd video in the Las Vegas neon series. Just for fun.
After getting to the Flamingo I notice. Hey we got Donnie and Marie Osmond here! The Flamingo is pushing them to the max! This video was made on a Monday night at about 9 PM.
There is plenty of neon at the Flamingo! I first registered into this hotel in 1981. When I got there, they said sorry we are filled up! We can not honor your reservation! Let us put you in the Las Vegas Hilton instead. I told them OK!
LV Rocks! You should see LV on Valentine's Day too! Booked solid! lol

That's really cool, egh? The MGM and Mandalay Bay does the same thing every once in a while! One person lit up and covering the whole side of the building. :)

Too bad the Stardust is no longer around - that was my fav sign! Loved hearing Elvis : )

I do wish that I could have gotten my own video of the Stardust neon before they tore it down. Elvis fit right into this video!

Another great video! I once stayed in The Flamingo, well near The Flamingo. Okay it was the Motel 6 behind the Flamingo, but it was on Flamingo Drive!

Thanks for taking a look. I know the Motel 6 you are thinking of with 800 rooms.
An Elvis impersonator I once knew worked there in the housekeeping department cleaning rooms. He was friends with my girlfriend! Next I saw him he was singing at the Westward Ho! Small world! He was good!
