Aiptek 3D test bike walkaround

Great effect, but 720p in 3D side by side means half horizontal resolution. Also 30fps may be displayed, but it's not being captured. On a side note, I crashed that 67 Superhawk later that day. I went side long with by back into a guardrail, but my "Armored Air" airbag vest saved my bacon. Broke my left radius and ulna just above the wrist, but the bike was relatively undamaged. They don't make em' like that anymore.

For the price, nothing really beats it so far. And some people have reported fixing the frame rate issue with a firmware upgrade from the European website, but I cannot test it as I returned it shortly after testing it, as I was unsatisfied with that aspect and there was no fix at the time. Search here for other Aiptek 3D videos and you will see some "after upgrade" samples.

Good on you for having the airbag vest. Glad to hear you escaped without being hurt too badly. But mind you a broken wrist is nothing to scoff at. Would you reccomend this camera? It seems the resoloution is very poor. But I don't have 3D glasses to test that effect.

hello from Holland. Last week I got the Aiptel i2. My experience so far is that every time it''s a surprise what the video result will be. One day it produces great ghosting-free output and the next day the results are unacceptable. It clearly has problems with white objects. I posted a few examples on YouTube (username rawbear99)
