  • @Miloshevits Listen to Coltrane play "Slowdance" om the record Traneing with the Red Garland trio and get back to me.

  • Master,ballad,player!

  • Ahh yes beautiful work I will put him on my list of new discoveries

  • Why is Denzel Washington playing the sax?

  • this is my favorite live performance from dexter gordon

  • John Coltrane was constantly breaking barriers, and although i love and appreciate his raw expressive playing I rarely find myself in the mood to listen to it. I love listening to Dexter because i just love his smooth sound combined with the amount of love I hear in his playing. He just blows me away every time i hear him.

  • @jmsaxophone

    I take both!

  • the one and only dexter G
