On July 25th 2008, each year, survivors of medical errors and medical injury remember those who have lost their life or have been injured by preventable medical errors. By taking this moment, we can reflect on the loss of life by the same people and system we trust.

I really appreciate this video. My brother was killed by a hospital 3 years ago and they got away with it. His death is still devasting me. He was my only family and due to their negligence, incompetence and plain stupidity he is gone. I don't think I will ever get over what all they did to him. It's a nightmare almost daily with me. Thank you so much!
