1° We lean our body weight on the front part of our feet (metatarsus) that will remain parallel with each other as they will be shoulder-length spread.
2° We gently lean forwards keeping our torso straight
3° Inhale deeply
4° Exhale keeping a full chest
5° Look to the front
6° We walk keeping posture and bearing in mind to step first with the tip of the foot and then with the whole of it.
7° Movements must be "not pure", that's to say, we move the leg first and then we lean all our bodyweight on it.
