I decided to make a series videos showing film and other media references in things such as American Dad and Family Guy that I don't get as I discover them. This one was my inspiration and was pure chance. I decided I wanted to watch some Looney Tunes cartoons since I haven't since I was young, and the first one I watched (One Froggy Evening) started with this. I immediately recognised the reference made in American Dad (Season 5 Episode 11 for the record).
The song itself is "Hello! Ma Baby" by Tin Pan Alley written in 1899 by the team of Joseph E. Howard and Ida Emerson.
