Lunges:
Hone and tone the thighs, gluteus and calves. A staple part of my leg conditioning exercises. This is the one compound exercise you can perform if you don't have time for any other.

  • Will I have thin skinny legs performing this exercise?

  • This is one of the only exercises, you can do that works most of the muscles in your legs. If you are after tone and firm legs this is the best. pure4success

  • thank you sooo much...glad this thing exists! I know somebody (a guy) who's butt has gotten firmer and nice...I asked him what it was he did did and he said just lunges (about 30 p/day) and that's how he gradually achieved a cute looking butt.. ever since, I've been trying to be constant with these, but haven't really found the right way to do them, so I slacked..but you were really informative and helpfull. I will try my best to commit to these daily and then will tell you about my results...

  • I hope this exercise will help you achieve your goal. This is one of the best exercises you can do, for all round tone. Thank you for your comment, pure4success.

  • Thank you help a lot because this is a hard workout for me..

  • I love the way this guy says "legs"

  • Great video thanks.

  • Many thanks, very thorough demonstration.

  • So you would recommend not returning and "lunging" after each rep like most other videos instruct?

  • good training for all basketball dunkers

  • u are less coordinated with ur left side and u are weaker. it's just like ur hands u are more coordinated and stronger with one than you are the other. legs work the same way.

  • hey thanks for the video but i have a problem

i'm fine when it comes to my right leg, but when i lunge with my left leg, i lose balance and it starts shaking. any reason why this is happening?

    thanks in advance

  • Thanks tons!

  • Finally a video with the proper form for lunges. Thank you!
