What Is Partnership?

Dr. Cadeau-Stephenson's poem on partnership reflects on her teaching experiences, some of her ideology and philosophy. In addition, she defines partnership as collaboration between the schools, parents, classroom teachers, and students. She believes that a teacher is not only the instructor, but the facilitator. The teacher orchestrates his or her environment. While in the classroom, she had a gift for gathering teachers, parents, and administrators. She wants to be that voice who reached out to the community at large about student needs. She used her students and Future Teachers of America (FTA) members to complete this video for the You tube audience.
