Ignore most of the douches saying they have times below 18:00. Running six minute miles, or below, is pretty hard, especially because you have to hold it for 3.1 miles! It's even hard for some marathon runners. (Coming from experience with friends.)This is a great time, just keep running. (I asked a guy who ran 15's what he did for a workout, he said he ran hundreds of miles a week.)

@MagneticHazeStorm Exactly! Just yesterday a man said he ran an average 4 minute mile for 5k's. Sure... The fastest guy Ive seen in races can maybe do it in 16-17 minutes. (My fastest ever was 18:10 and I was stick thin!)
