I agree with you on most points. The only thing I would argue with you about is FCW is about to get their first alum pushed to main event status. Wade Barrett's injury set him back but he's going to be one of the ones that gets pushed the last half of 2012 and I think he stands a good chance of getting there.
I will admit I'm a Christian fan and didnt watched Smackdown b/c of that disgrace of a match that gave Orton the belt.

You're completely right. When Orton moved to smackdown and fueded with Christian, the ratings were super low, and the live event seat sales sucked too- and christian got blamed for being in the main event, as opposed to no one wanting to see Randy Orton
