@GoodKnight5252 because doing push-ups just train a few muscle, those are biceps,the chest,and fairly the triceps.While this exercise train and works with a the whole body.

@leopoldvs Actually this help with figthing endurance because this hleps you with your cardio,strengh,and resistance.I know this because in my school I was obligated to do this exercise every 4 days a week for 2 hours.

@1080famous When you fight, you don't need to show off your "toned" muscles...when you fight, everything is about endurance, cardio, strenght and your ability to take punishment...so STFU and learn before embarrassing yourself. End of conversation "buddy".
