Burpees is a very advanced exercise for training chest, shoulders and triceps at the same time. This exercise involves deltoid muscles and is much loved by the U.S. Marines.
It requires no equipment, so you can perform this exercise at home or in the gym.

  • @1080famous When you fight, you don't need to show off your "toned" muscles...when you fight, everything is about endurance, cardio, strenght and your ability to take punishment...so STFU and learn before embarrassing yourself. End of conversation "buddy".

  • @GoodKnight5252 because doing push-ups just train a few muscle, those are biceps,the chest,and fairly the triceps.While this exercise train and works with a the whole body.

  • @leopoldvs Actually this help with figthing endurance because this hleps you with your cardio,strengh,and resistance.I know this because in my school I was obligated to do this exercise every 4 days a week for 2 hours.

  • we had to do these workouts for conditioning for football

  • why stand up? can do the same without standing up saves time and works more of the right muscles..
