Così va cantata la musica sacrea, intonazione ferma, fiati misurati, portamento liscio, breve e filato - totalmente diverso da quello fatto di "mille note indefinite", un'arte pure quella da dosare con cura e non tutti ci riescono con risultati efficaci - come una voce che esce dal coro per sottolineare il messaggio trasmesso. Violeta Urmana canta da vera professionista sia nel sacro che nel profano, recita molto bene, ha una voce molto bella, corposa nel registro grave - è anche mezzosoprano.
