Check out Snopes for information on Berg's allegation concerning travel to Pakistan in 1981. It was not illegal for US citizens to travel there. The State Department did issue a Travel Advisory in August of 1981, which may have been after Obama's trip and did not forbid travel in any case.

Berg is the phony. The Certificate of Live Birth (AKA short form Birth Cert) is what Hawaii sends when proof of birth is requested. Add to that the newspaper announcements at the time of his birth and it is easy to see why even Lou Dobbs backed down on these claims. As for the school records, no past president has provided such records either. Berg also accused the Bush administration of conspiring in the 9/11 bombings. That case was also thrown out.
