@williamwagener if the local SHERIFF will not arrest crooked local officials on the 25 person GRAND JURY from "WE THE PEOPLE" Supreme Court has ruled that none of the 3 branches of Gov. "own" the GRAND JURY, it is made up strictly of NON-government officials, none gov employees. Totally Lawful according to U.S. Supreme Court. But if the Sheriff Dept. is small, a 100 man well disciplined and trained militia can do it or aid the sheriff in arresting corrupt officials.
