I still think it was better that Iroh trained Aang firebending then Zuko. When I saw Avatar for first time, I hoped Iroh should trained Aang firebending in book 3. Ofcourse it never happened T.T

@SanguineBullet667 lava is a combination of Earthbending and Firebending, as Kyoshi showed. I'd say an Earthbending master would have the edge, since lava is molten rock.
