  • That really isnt a secret place. Under the community market, which is about 300 yards the way a bird flies from the position you are standing in this video, there are old slave cells, where they would auction off slaves on the weekends. Check it out.

  • I just found out this week Dec. 22, 2010 that this tunnel was for the Norfolk Southern Railway, when they had steam engines, they were the last railroad to use the steam engines because they owned alot of coal mines in West Virginia, the tunnel was covered up in the 50's.

  • The end that is filled in used to exit onto the street. The rails are still at the opposite end on the street. I have photos of it when it was in use and not filled in.
