  • OK - I just came across this vid let me help you.

I will try in order of your points.

    1) Do not rest for long max 1 min

2)you want 3 sets (6 - 8 reps per set) If you want bigger arms use the most weight you can control - to tone up use less weight and 8 - 10 reps per set)

    3)NO

4)No again this is not true

    5) Yes if you are doing biceps you can mix it with triceps

6)Yes - protein is great for building so a lot of chicken and you can buy it to drink in gyms.

    Hope that helps.

  • can you answer my questions in order please ?

    1) how long should you rest for between sets?

    2) how many sets and reps for big bicep gains-strength/mass?

    3) does stretching your arms during set breaks affect your workout in a bad way?

    4) does drinking water during working out kill your workout and if not, why?

    5) between set breaks , isit ok to do another exercise on a different muscle such as pushups? then continue the other exercise?

    6) does protein increase the mass of your muscles?

  • yeah cause this little skinny guy works out all the time, lets take advice from him

  • thangs agen man

  • try to start off by lifting lighter wiehter weights up in a manner as though you would be pulling yourself up

other than that its just a matter of continue working out and practice

  • Thanx mate i had the same questions, the only other thing i want to ask is how can i train for pull ups if you know what i mean becuz i can only do 2-3 would it be like if i kept doing them i will get used to them or sumthing like that? please explain

  • i can try to answer them:

    1) it varies, this video only shows technique, wen workin out u shud create ur own super sets and routine

    2)about 8-12 reps

    3)?

4)no, drink during breaks and u'll be fine

5)that goes back to creating your own workout

6)protein will help ur muscles yes, however protein shakes only work if consistantly used and as soon as you stop using protein shakes all your muscles goes floppy, just try to get as much protein as possible in a balanced diet

    i hope this helps
