Rep Pete King was a sponsor of the Secure Fence Act of 2006 that provides 800+ miles of double layered fence along the southern border of the United States.

Then he voted for a spending bill which cuts funding to it and decimates its effectiveness. He tries to justify himself in this clip on Lou Dobbs from Dec 18, 2007.
